A resounding reignition of passion for Computer Science education was held last July 14, 2023. Held hybrid-- onsite at the UST - Manila and streamed via CSTA Philippines Facebook page, the event has successfully rekindled the motivation of computer science educators and enthusiasts. The event's objective was to promote and celebrate Computer Science education and bring together like-minded individuals to foster a spirit of collaboration and knowledge exchange. With your active participation and engagement, we achieved these goals and more. The program was filled with insightful lightning talks, a thought-provoking panel discussion, networking activities, and opportunities for fruitful discussions. The CSTA ph was delighted that the participants embraced the topics with enthusiasm, shared their experiences, and showcased the essence of practical Computer Science in the Philippines.
 
Program Highlights:
The event commenced with an invigorating icebreaker that set the tone for an interactive and engaging day. Bunch of thanks to the esteemed panelists who shared their expertise, insights, and experiences in the field of Computer Science education.
The panel discussion centered around how to reignite the passion for Computer Science education, touching on various aspects such as equitable access, best practices for teaching, and adapting to the current generation of learners.
Networking activities provided a platform for fruitful exchanges among attendees, enriching their understanding of each other's perspectives and experiences.
The closing program culminated with a raffle draw and heartfelt closing remarks, expressing gratitude to all participants, panelists, and sponsors.
