President: Pam Ros Damarillo
Over the last 20 years, Pam has been actively volunteering in leadership roles in youth oriented non-profit organizations. She is currently the Program Director of DEVCON Kids Philippines, and President and Chairperson of DEVCON Kids USA.
Working in two contexts provides unique opportunities and perspectives for the organization she serves. As President of CSTA Philippines, Pam is excited to work to support and learn with Filipino teachers of computer science in the K-12 space.
Vice President: Jessica Demegillo
Ms. Jessica Demegillo is a Computer Education Teacher, an EdTech Coach, a Technology Integration and Innovation Specialist. She is also an expert in the field of coding, robotics, design thinking, multimedia development, content creation and EdTech.
She has been a dedicated teacher for 26 years and has been a resource speaker, trainer and facilitator of EdTech workshops and seminars. She is a member of various global communities of passionate teachers who use technology to make a difference.
She is an Apple Distinguished Educator, an Apple Professional Specialist, an Apple Professional Learning Consultant and an Apple Teacher. She is also a Google Certified Innovator and a Google Educator Group Leader. She has an Education degree majoring in Computer Technology from the University of Santo Tomas and Masteral units on Library and Information Science from University of the Philippines, Diliman.
Currently, she heads the New Experiences with Technology(NExT)/Computer Education Department of Xavier School. She is one of the school’s pioneers on integrating technology and its One2One program. She also organizes annual national education and edtech conferences and workshops.
VP Communication: Edwin de Guzman
Ewin aka Dwin has been serving the Academe for almost 14 years now. He has served the different institutions in NCR as Instructor, researcher, Program Coordinator, and a Dean.
Currently, Edwin is a teaching academic staff and e-learning specialist at COLLEGE OF INFORMATION & COMPUTING SCIENCES AT University of Santo Tomas - Manila.
Currently, he is the Vice-President for external affairs of the Multimedia Arts Association of the Philippines-NCR chapter and a former secretary of the Council of Deans for IT Education - NCR
He was a former Officer-in-Charge and Program Chair for Computer Science and Information Technology of the College of Business and Technology of Manila Central University. He also served in MCU as the Accreditation Officer.
At the same time, Edwin is an Entrepreneur, Business Consultant, and seller. Edwin is managing different ventures. He is into event industries and technopreneurship and loves to innovate and discover new approaches in business.
Moreover, he graduated at UE – Caloocan with a degree of BS Information Technology and obtained also his MS Information Technology at Bulacan State University. Currently, he is finishing his doctor in Information Technology at La Consolacion University Philippines-Malolos. He also earned different certification programs like MTA, MOS, and MCP which is globally acknowledged.

Treasurer: Michael David John E. Abello
Michael started teaching as a grade school teacher in 1999 at Sacred Heart School - Ateneo de Cebu. He has also been a area coordinator for ICT and GS MAPECH. Currently, he is the EdTech Coordinator for Kindergarten to Senior High School of the school.
Michael is an Microsoft Certified Educator, Google Certified Educator Level 1 and a Google Educator Group - Mandaue Leader. He is a member of International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). As part of his personal advocacy, Michael volunteers to train and organize professional development sessions for teachers in the Philippines and in the Asia Pacific region. He is one of the organizers of the Society for Technology in Education Philippines (STEP) Conference.
